Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the store manager in managing customer service, processes, personnel, and results within the assigned section.
- Ensure adherence to Sephora's concepts and culture, maximizing profitability and compliance with company objectives and policies.
- Assume store manager responsibilities in their absence or as delegated.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail, services, or supervisory roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Critical analysis and logical reasoning skills.
- Experience in the beauty industry is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
