Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the store manager in overseeing customer service, processes, personnel, and results.
- Ensure adherence to Sephora's concepts and culture, maximizing profitability and compliance with company objectives and policies.
- Assume store manager responsibilities in their absence or as delegated.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is desirable.
- Proficiency in a foreign language is advantageous.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in retail, services, or supervisory roles is preferred. Experience in the beauty industry is advantageous.
