Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the store manager in overseeing customer service, processes, personnel, and results within the designated area.
  • Ensure adherence to Sephora's concepts and culture, maximizing profitability and compliance with company objectives and policies.
  • Assume the responsibilities of the store manager in their absence or as delegated.

Qualifications

  • Completion of secondary education or equivalent; higher education preferred.
  • Desirable experience in retail management or supervision.
  • Proficiency in a foreign language is advantageous.

Excellent communication and customer service skills. Critical analysis and logical reasoning abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Desirable experience in retail or service management and supervision.
