Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the store manager in overseeing customer service, processes, personnel, and results.
- Ensure adherence to Sephora's concepts and culture, maximizing profitability and compliance with company objectives and policies.
- Assume store manager responsibilities in their absence or as delegated.
- Operate cash register when necessary.
- Apply cosmetic products to clients as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred.
- Desirable experience in retail, services, or supervisory roles.
