Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the store manager in overseeing customer service, processes, personnel, and results within the designated department.
  • Ensure adherence to Sephora's concepts and culture, maximizing profitability and compliance with company objectives and policies.
  • Assume store manager responsibilities in their absence or as delegated.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in a foreign language is desirable.

Ability to communicate clearly and objectively with clients and staff. Capability to operate a cash register when necessary. Flexibility and availability. Knowledge of cosmetic product application. Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, services, or supervisory roles is preferred. Experience in the beauty industry is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
