Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the store manager and directly manage customer service, processes, people, and results.
- Ensure compliance with Sephora's concepts and culture, maximizing profitability and adherence to company policies.
- Assume store manager responsibilities in their absence or when delegated.
Qualifications
- Experience as a manager in retail or services is desirable.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Critical analysis and logical reasoning abilities.
- Desirable experience in the beauty industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
