Sephora in Goiânia (Shopping Flamboyant) seeks a Sales Supervisor to lead the store team, drive sales and manage inventory and KPIs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor daily and period sales results, translating performance into corrective actions with the boutique team to meet and exceed targets.
- Support store management in executing sales plans while controlling operating expenses and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Develop and implement commercial initiatives to drive revenue growth, customer loyalty programmes and in-store events.
- Use demand-planning and sales-planning tools to forecast needs, optimise assortments and guarantee operational results.
- Oversee stock and inventory processes, liaising with logistics to maintain availability and minimise shrinkage.
- Analyse market trends and competitive activity to inform tactical decisions and merchandising adjustments.
- Coach, motivate and evaluate sales advisors to uplift customer service standards and individual performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (Commercial Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields).
- Proven leadership experience in luxury retail or cosmetics environment.
- Demonstrable experience in demand planning, sales planning and management of performance indicators.
- Practical knowledge of inventory management systems and stock-control processes.
- Analytical mindset with strong communication skills and a results-oriented attitude.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years of progressive retail experience, including supervisory or team-lead roles within luxury retail or cosmetics, with demonstrated capacity to manage sales performance and stock operations.
Education
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (Commercial Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related).

The successful candidate will be located in Goiânia, Goiás, Brazil.
