Sephora in Goiânia (Shopping Flamboyant) seeks a Sales Supervisor to lead store performance and drive luxury beauty sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor daily and weekly sales performance and partner with the store team to achieve commercial targets.
- Support store management in executing sales plans and controlling operational expenses.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to grow revenue, increase client loyalty, and drive in-store events and activations.
- Use planning tools and sales forecasts to optimise staffing, stock allocation and operational results.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform promotional and merchandising decisions.
- Supervise, coach and motivate sales consultants to elevate client experience and individual performance.
- Oversee inventory control processes and collaborate with logistics to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum three years of retail supervisory experience, ideally in luxury retail or cosmetics.
- Proven experience with demand planning, sales forecasting and KPI management.
- Familiarity with inventory and stock management systems.
- Analytical mindset, strong communication skills and a results-oriented commercial orientation.

Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (Commercial Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline).
