Sephora – Belo Horizonte, Brazil: Sales Supervisor (on-site). Lead a beauty team, support store operations and deliver exceptional client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the store manager and take direct responsibility for customer service, team performance, operational processes and HR-related activities within an assigned world/section.
- Coach and supervise sales consultants to achieve sales targets, deliver consistent client experiences and uphold Sephora service standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, visual and merchandising concepts, and profitability objectives for the assigned area.
- Assume the store manager’s responsibilities during their absence or when delegated, including opening/closing and cash-handling oversight.
- Deliver hands-on service when required: operate the cash register, apply cosmetic products for clients and resolve customer queries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; university degree preferred.
- Prior experience in retail, customer service or supervision is desirable.
- Strong verbal communication skills and customer-centred service orientation.
- Basic computer literacy; familiarity with Microsoft Office is desirable.
- Ability to apply cosmetic products and demonstrable interest/experience in beauty.

Entry-level to junior supervisory profile: prior experience in retail, services or team supervision is desirable but candidates demonstrating strong leadership potential and customer-focus will be considered.
Education
High school diploma required; tertiary education preferred.
