Sephora Belém is hiring a Sales Supervisor to lead store performance and teams. On-site, full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales results and KPIs, translating performance into corrective actions with the store team.
- Lead, coach and develop the sales team to meet individual and store targets; promote a client-centric service culture.
- Support store management in executing sales plans and controlling operating expenses to achieve budgeted results.
- Design and implement initiatives to stimulate business growth, client loyalty programmes and in-store events.
- Utilize planning and forecasting tools to ensure stock availability and operational performance.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to refine commercial strategy and merchandising priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant retail experience, with demonstrable leadership in luxury or cosmetics retail environments.
- Proven experience in demand planning, KPI management and sales forecasting.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and stock control processes.
- Analytical mindset, strong communication skills and a results-oriented leadership approach.

Experience
At least 5 years of retail experience with prior responsibility for leading sales teams; experience in luxury or cosmetics retail, demand planning, and management of performance indicators is required.
Education
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (Commercial Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related).
