Role & Responsibilities
- Co‑manage the commercial activity of an assigned department/axis (Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Cash, Operations) in partnership with the store manager.
- Plan and organise daily team activity, rotas and task allocation to deliver sales targets and operational excellence.
- Operationalise and animate growth levers defined in the commercial and people development plan for the perimeter.
- Coach, motivate and develop sales advisors to achieve individual and collective objectives and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Contribute to the department’s commercial project by proposing initiatives to improve conversion, basket value and client loyalty.
- Ensure merchandising standards, product availability and stock accuracy within the assigned area.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) minimum; candidate should be enrolled to prepare a Master 1 or 2 in commercial/retail management via an alternance contract.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and passion for the beauty industry.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to motivate small teams.
- Excellent organisational skills and capacity to prioritise in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Professionalism, reliability and a collaborative spirit.
