Role & Responsibilities
- Co-manage the commercial activity of a product area (Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Checkout, Operations) alongside store management.
- Organise and plan day-to-day team activities, rotas and resourcing to meet sales and service objectives.
- Animate growth levers and contribute to the commercial development plan for the assigned perimeter.
- Coach, motivate and support Sales Advisors to achieve shared targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

- Participate in the store’s people-development agenda while following the alternance training programme.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's level education (Bac+3/Bac+4) completed or in progress; candidate must be enrolled to prepare a Master 1 or Master 2 in commercial/retail management via alternance.
- Strong customer-service orientation and a drive for collective success.
- Aptitude for team animation, coaching and interpersonal leadership.
- Readiness to take on operational responsibilities in a fast‑paced retail environment.
