Role & Responsibilities
- Lead a dedicated store axis (Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, or Operations): organise and plan the team’s daily activity to deliver on commercial and human-development objectives.
- Translate the store’s commercial plan into concrete actions, deploy growth levers and monitor KPIs to achieve sales targets and category goals.
- Coach, motivate and develop a team of Sales Advisors through regular feedback, product training and performance reviews to enhance customer satisfaction and conversion.
- Ensure exemplary client experience on the floor by modelling service behaviours, managing the sales floor cadence and resolving escalated customer issues.
- Oversee operational execution including visual merchandising standards, stock flow, rostering and adherence to company policies (loss prevention, health & safety).
Qualifications
- Proven first-line managerial experience in a customer-facing retail environment — ideally in cosmetics, beauty or premium retail.
- Demonstrable capability to lead teams to measurable commercial results and to develop others through coaching and training.
- Strong results orientation with intellectual agility, proactivity and the ability to propose operational improvements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, resilience under pressure and an appetite for a fast-paced, evolving retail environment.
Skills
Experience
A successful track record of frontline retail management with responsibility for a team and for delivering sales targets; experience in beauty or premium retail is strongly preferred.
Education
Secondary education required; diploma or degree in business, retail management or cosmetology is a plus.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Tremblay-en-France, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
