Sephora seeks a Sales Manager in Trélissac (Périgueux), France — permanent CDI 35h role leading a beauty sales team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead a dedicated sales axis (Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier or Operations) and own the commercial and human development plan for that area.
- Plan and organise daily operations, staff rotas and activity to achieve sales and service KPIs for the assigned perimeter.
- Motivate, coach and develop sales advisors through product training, role‑modelling and performance feedback to drive conversion and average transaction value.
- Deploy merchandising, promotional and clienteling initiatives to maximise category performance and deliver compelling in‑store experiences.
- Monitor results, analyse sales drivers, identify improvement levers and present action plans to store management.
Qualifications
- Proven managerial experience with at least 3 years in a customer‑service driven retail environment; prior experience in beauty or luxury retail preferred.
- Demonstrable ability to lead and develop teams, with strong coaching and people‑management skills.
- Commercially driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing performance metrics.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, resilience and capacity to propose pragmatic solutions in a fast‑moving retail environment.

Experience
Minimum three years of successful managerial experience in a service‑oriented retail environment, ideally within beauty, cosmetics or luxury retail.
Education
Secondary education required; diploma or degree in business, retail management, cosmetology or related field preferred.

This position is based in Trélissac, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France, within easy reach of Bordeaux.
