Sephora Aéroville apprenticeship: Sales Manager Trainee combining on-site retail leadership with professional certification in beauty management (BAC+2 minimum).
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and organize the daily activity of an assigned department or category (fragrance, skincare, makeup, checkout, or operations)
- Motivate and mentor sales associates around shared commercial and customer satisfaction objectives
- Develop and execute commercial growth initiatives aligned with departmental and store-wide targets
- Build comprehensive product knowledge across Sephora's range and transfer expertise to team members
- Coordinate team schedules and operational planning to maximize sales performance
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive loyalty across the department
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to achieve objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree (BAC+2) or equivalent qualification
- Enrollment or readiness to enroll in EMA SUP's professional certification programme
- Motivation to pursue a professional management certification
- Passion for beauty retail and customer service
- Willingness to learn and develop commercial and managerial competencies

Experience
Entry-level or beginner to the retail management environment, though retail or customer service experience is advantageous. No prior management experience is required, as the role is structured as a comprehensive apprenticeship with formal training.
Education
BAC+2 (French baccalauréat plus 2 years of higher education) or equivalent qualification; enrollment in or readiness to complete EMA SUP's professional certification programme in beauty and fashion management (RNCP Level II).
