Sephora seeks Sales Manager at Belle Épine store (Thiais, France) to lead beauty sales team and drive commercial growth in a dynamic retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and organize sales activities for assigned product category (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier Operations, or Store Exploitation) while driving growth initiatives aligned with commercial and human development plans
- Motivate and manage team of Sales Advisors toward shared objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction and enthusiasm
- Develop and share in-depth knowledge of Sephora products and services with team members to overcome commercial challenges within category and store
- Plan team activities, implement commercial levers, and drive performance within assigned operational scope
