Sephora Sales Manager position in Saumur, France. Lead a beauty department with a CDD contract, 35 hours/week on-site.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a designated department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier Operations, or Store Operations) by organizing and planning team activities
  • Implement and animate growth levers aligned with the commercial and human development plan for the assigned department
  • Motivate and supervise a team of Sales Advisors to achieve shared commercial objectives and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Develop comprehensive product and service knowledge and transmit expertise to team members to address commercial challenges
  • Drive commercial performance and meet departmental and store-wide targets through strategic planning and team leadership
  • Foster a customer-centric culture emphasizing service quality and client experience
