Sephora Sales Manager position in Saumur, France. Lead a beauty department with a CDD contract, 35 hours/week on-site.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a designated department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier Operations, or Store Operations) by organizing and planning team activities
- Implement and animate growth levers aligned with the commercial and human development plan for the assigned department
- Motivate and supervise a team of Sales Advisors to achieve shared commercial objectives and enhance customer satisfaction
- Develop comprehensive product and service knowledge and transmit expertise to team members to address commercial challenges
- Drive commercial performance and meet departmental and store-wide targets through strategic planning and team leadership
- Foster a customer-centric culture emphasizing service quality and client experience

- Proven successful management experience in a customer-service-oriented environment
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including management responsibilities
