Sephora seeks a Sales Manager in Rouen, France — permanent full‑time role leading a beauty sales team (35h/week).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead a commercial axis (Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Cash Desk or Operations), organising and planning the team’s daily activity to meet commercial and human-development objectives.
  • Drive sales growth by activating merchandising, service and promotional levers in line with the store’s development plan.
  • Coach, motivate and develop a team of Sales Advisors to achieve shared targets and deliver outstanding client experiences.
  • Build and transmit in-depth product and service knowledge to the team to raise sell-through and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor performance indicators, manage staffing and schedules, and propose operational improvements to optimise results.

Qualifications

  • Proven first-line managerial experience in a customer-facing retail environment is required.
  • Demonstrable commercial orientation with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with the ability to engage and develop teams.
  • Intellectual agility, proactivity and an ability to propose pragmatic solutions in a fast-changing environment.
