Sephora seeks an experienced Sales Manager in Rosny-sous-Bois, France. Lead a product axis, manage beauty advisors, and drive commercial growth in this full-time permanent role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and organize the activity of an assigned product axis (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Checkout, or Operations), implementing growth drivers aligned with the store's commercial and human development strategy
- Motivate and mentor a team of beauty advisors toward shared objectives, fostering collective success and customer enthusiasm
- Develop comprehensive product and service knowledge and disseminate expertise to the team to address commercial challenges
- Plan and coordinate team activities, set performance metrics, and drive results across the assigned axis and store operations
- Identify and propose improvements to optimize team performance and commercial results in a continuously evolving retail environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven retail or similar management experience
- Demonstrated success leading teams in customer-service-oriented environments
- Strong commercial acumen and results-oriented mindset
- Excellent mentoring and people development capabilities
