Sephora Sales Manager position in Paris (Champs-Élysées). Lead a beauty category team, manage sales performance, and drive customer engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and organize category-specific (fragrance, skincare, makeup, or checkout) team activities and drive growth initiatives aligned with commercial and talent development plans
- Motivate and inspire a team of beauty sales consultants to achieve shared objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Develop and communicate comprehensive product and service knowledge to the team, ensuring mastery of commercial challenges within the category and store
- Monitor team performance against targets, implement corrective actions, and celebrate collective successes
