Role & Responsibilities
- Lead a designated category axis, organizing and planning team activities around commercial growth levers and human development objectives
- Motivate and manage a team of Beauty Sales Advisors toward collective objectives and customer satisfaction targets
- Develop comprehensive product and services knowledge and transfer expertise to team members to meet category and store-wide commercial challenges
