- Lead a product category (Parfum, Soin, Maquillage, Caisse, or Exploitation) and organize team activity around commercial and human development objectives
- Motivate and manage a team of Beauty Advisors to achieve shared sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Develop deep product and service knowledge and transfer expertise to team members to address commercial challenges
