Sephora Sales Manager position in Mulhouse, France — lead a sales axis and motivate retail team to drive beauty sales growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and organize a designated sales axis (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Checkout, or Operations), planning activities aligned with commercial development and human growth plans
- Motivate and inspire a team of Sales Advisors to achieve collective objectives and exceed customer expectations
- Develop comprehensive product and service knowledge and mentor team members to enhance their expertise and commercial performance
