Sephora Montpellier is hiring a Sales Manager (CDI, 35h): lead a beauty sales team, drive commercial results and develop talent.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead a dedicated commercial area (Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Cash, Operations), defining priorities and daily organisation for the team.
  • Plan and animate commercial and human-development levers to achieve sales targets and KPIs for the assigned area.
  • Coach, motivate and develop Sales Advisors by delivering product knowledge, sales techniques and regular feedback.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and service excellence through frontline presence and active participation in client interactions.
  • Monitor performance metrics, prepare briefings and implement corrective actions to sustain continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven first-line managerial experience in a customer-service or retail environment.
  • Strong commercial orientation with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Demonstrated coaching and team-development capability.
  • Agile, proactive problem-solver with high standards of execution and adaptability in a changing retail context.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to mobilise a team around shared objectives.
