Sephora in Lyon seeks a Sales Manager (CDI 35h) to lead a product department, drive sales and develop an expert retail team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead a defined product area (e.g., Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashiering, Operations) and own its commercial and human development plan.
  • Organize and plan the daily activity and staffing of the team to meet sales targets and operational needs.
  • Animate growth levers and set measurable objectives; monitor performance through KPIs and implement corrective actions.
  • Coach, train and develop Sales Advisors to deepen product and service knowledge and elevate client experiences.
  • Motivate the team around shared goals, foster collective success and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with store management to align category initiatives with overall store strategy and customer service standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of successful managerial experience in a customer-service or retail environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with the ability to develop talent.
