Sephora seeks Sales Manager (F/H) in Liège, Belgium for permanent full-time retail leadership role. Manage beauty advisor teams and drive commercial objectives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and organize the activity of the assigned axis (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Checkout, or Store Operations), implementing growth levers aligned with the commercial and human development plan
- Motivate and coach a team of Beauty Advisors around shared objectives to satisfy and delight customers
- Develop and share in-depth product and service knowledge to address commercial challenges within the assigned axis and across the store
- Plan team scheduling and resource allocation to optimize store performance and customer experience
- Drive sales results and team engagement through leadership, coaching, and performance management

- Proven first managerial experience in a customer service-oriented environment
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to lead collective success
- Strong intellectual flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly evolving environment
- Excellent customer service orientation and ability to inspire others
- Proactive problem-solver with strong proposal and innovation capabilities

Experience
Minimum 5 years of proven managerial experience in a customer service-oriented retail or commercial environment, demonstrating success in leading sales teams and driving commercial results.
