Sephora seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead one of its retail departments (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Checkout, or Store Operations) in Liège. Reporting to store leadership, this role involves organizing team activity, coaching Beauty Advisors, developing product expertise, and driving sales performance through strategic planning and engaging leadership.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and organize the activity of the assigned axis (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Checkout, or Store Operations), implementing growth levers aligned with the commercial and human development plan
- Motivate and coach a team of Beauty Advisors around shared objectives to satisfy and delight customers
- Develop and share in-depth product and service knowledge to address commercial challenges within the assigned axis and across the store
- Plan team scheduling and resource allocation to optimize store performance and customer experience
- Drive sales results and team engagement through leadership, coaching, and performance management

- Proven first managerial experience in a customer service-oriented environment

Experience
