Sephora seeks a Sales Manager in Chalon-sur-Saône, France — permanent full-time role leading a retail team (Perfume/Makeup/Skincare).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead one commercial axis (Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Cashiering or Operations), owning P&L-related targets and daily performance for that area.
  • Organize and plan team activity, schedules and priorities to deliver the commercial and human development plan for the assigned perimeter.
  • Coach, develop and motivate a team of sales advisors to achieve sales targets and ensure consistent client service excellence.
  • Drive product and service knowledge across the team and cascade training to elevate sales performance and conversion.
  • Implement merchandising, stock and visual standards for the axis and contribute to store-wide commercial initiatives and campaigns.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze results and propose corrective actions and growth levers to achieve objectives.
