Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as commercial lead for a defined department or merchandising axis (Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Cash, Operations) in close partnership with the store manager.
  • Plan, organise and schedule team activity to deliver on sales targets and the commercial development plan for the assigned area.
  • Drive the department’s commercial project by proposing initiatives to increase conversion, average basket and customer satisfaction.
  • Coach, motivate and develop sales advisors to achieve collective objectives and deliver an exceptional in-store client experience.
  • Monitor performance indicators, support visual merchandising and contribute to operational tasks required for daily store functioning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3/BAC+4) minimum; candidate must be enrolled to prepare a Master 1 or Master 2 in commercial/retail management via an apprenticeship (alternance).
  • Demonstrated customer-service orientation and a strong desire to work in luxury beauty retail.
  • Leadership potential with the ability to mobilise a team and work collaboratively.
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative and embrace new challenges in a fast-paced retail environment.
