Sephora seeks a Sales Manager (work‑study) in Caen Mondeville, France — alternance to prepare a Master in commercial management while leading a store department.
Role & Responsibilities
- Co‑manage the commercial activity of a designated department or axis (Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Cash, Operations) in partnership with the store leadership.
- Organize and plan daily team activity, deploy growth levers and execute the commercial and human development plan for the perimeter.
- Support and contribute to the departmental commercial project by proposing initiatives to drive sales, conversion and average basket.
- Motivate, coach and develop Sales Advisors around shared objectives to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Ensure operational excellence on the floor: merchandising, stock rotation, visual standards and smooth cashier/operational processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bac+3/Bac+4 diploma; candidate must be preparing or eligible to prepare a Master 1 or Master 2 in commercial/retail management within a work‑study (alternance) program.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and commitment to delivering an elevated client experience.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills with readiness to lead, motivate and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptability, resilience and a results‑driven attitude with eagerness to learn the operational and commercial aspects of store management.
