Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team on the shop floor, ensuring daily priorities are communicated effectively.
  • Participate in recruitment processes, including CV screening, pre-selection, and conducting interviews.
  • Train and develop team members through individual follow-ups and evaluations.
  • Analyze and implement action plans related to stock management, merchandising, and commercial indicators.
  • Oversee internal procedures, ensuring compliance with security, audit, and inventory protocols.
  • Facilitate commercial event activities and animate team performance indicators.

Qualifications

  • Proven managerial experience in a customer service-driven environment.
  • Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in Dutch preferred.
