Sales Manager position at Sephora Avignon with management of specialized department, leading team of advisors toward commercial objectives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and organize the assigned department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Checkout, or Operations), planning team activities and implementing commercial growth initiatives
- Motivate and manage sales advisors to achieve shared objectives centered on customer satisfaction and sales targets
- Develop and maintain expert product knowledge across Sephora's offerings and communicate this expertise to team members
- Drive commercial performance through execution of the department's development plan and broader store objectives
- Implement and adapt strategies in response to market dynamics and evolving customer needs
- Foster a collaborative team environment focused on service excellence and collective success
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in a service-oriented retail or commercial environment

Experience
