Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and organize a sales department or product category (fragrance, skincare, makeup, cashier, store operations)
- Plan and coordinate team activities aligned with commercial development and human resources objectives
- Motivate and supervise a team of sales advisors towards shared commercial goals and customer satisfaction targets
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge of Sephora's beauty offerings and transmit expertise to team members
- Drive commercial growth initiatives and address category-specific and store-wide sales challenges
- Create exceptional customer experiences and ensure consistent advisory service delivery
Qualifications
- Holder of BAC+2 or equivalent secondary qualification (at least two years of post-secondary education)
- Enrollment in or eligibility for professional apprenticeship (contrat de professionnalisation) programme
- Availability to combine retail work with structured classroom training
