Role & Responsibilities
- Support the store management team as the accountable commercial lead for a designated department or axis (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cash, Operations).
- Plan and organise daily activity of the sales team, including scheduling and deployment of resources to meet commercial objectives.
- Activate and animate growth levers aligned with the commercial and people development plan for the assigned area.
- Contribute to the department’s commercial strategy by proposing initiatives to boost sales and customer experience.
- Coach, motivate and develop Sales Advisors to achieve common targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+3/BAC+4) required; candidate should be preparing or intending to prepare a Master 1 or Master 2 in commercial management via alternance.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
- Aptitude for team leadership with an eagerness to motivate and develop colleagues.
- Highly motivated, resilient and ready to take on commercial challenges in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience
Entry-level. Suitable for candidates at the beginning of their professional career seeking an apprenticeship pathway into retail management; prior sales or customer-facing experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Bachelor's degree (BAC+3/BAC+4) with intent to prepare a Master 1 or Master 2 in commercial/retail management through an alternance contract.
