Sephora Toulouse is hiring a Sales Manager (Apprenticeship) — in-store alternance role to develop commercial and leadership skills.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Co-lead the commercial activity of a designated department or axis (Perfume, Skincare, Make-up, Checkout, Operations) alongside a store manager, ensuring daily execution and commercial performance.
  • Organise and plan team schedules and day-to-day operations, deploying growth levers in line with the store’s commercial and human development plans.
  • Support and drive the department’s commercial project by proposing initiatives to increase sales, conversion and average basket.
  • Coach, motivate and develop Sales Advisors to achieve shared objectives and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Monitor performance indicators for the perimeter, follow up on targets and implement corrective actions in collaboration with the management team.

Qualifications

  • Hold a minimum of Bac+3 / Bac+4 or equivalent, and be enrolled to prepare a Master 1 or Master 2 in commercial management, retail or a related discipline (alternance contract).
  • Strong customer-service orientation with a genuine interest in beauty and retail.
  • Aptitude for team leadership and a desire to animate and develop frontline sales colleagues.
  • Resilience, initiative and a results-driven mindset with an appetite for operational challenges.
