Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and organize retail team activities whilst executing commercial growth strategies across an assigned department or category (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Checkout, or Store Operations)
- Motivate and mentor sales advisors towards ambitious commercial targets whilst ensuring consistent customer satisfaction and premium service delivery
- Develop deep product knowledge across the Sephora range and cascade expertise to the team to drive category performance and meet store-wide objectives
- Plan schedules, allocate resources, and implement proven sales levers to maximize departmental profitability
- Foster team engagement and collective achievement of shared commercial and personal development goals
Qualifications
- BAC+2 qualification or equivalent
- Professional management certification (offered through the EMA SUP programme)
- Proven ability to lead retail teams in a selective distribution or luxury beauty environment (preferred)
- Strong command of cosmetics and fragrance product categories
- Fluency in French (required for internal communications and team management)

Beginner or early-career professionals are encouraged to apply; relevant retail, beauty, or customer service experience is advantageous but not required. The apprenticeship programme is designed to develop emerging talent into confident sales managers.
