Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and animate a commercial area or category (Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Cash, Operations), acting as the primary point of accountability for sales performance and customer experience.
- Organize and plan daily activity for the team, deploying growth levers aligned with the commercial and human development plan for the store.
- Coach, motivate and develop Sales Advisors to achieve individual and collective targets and to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Develop in-depth product and service knowledge and cascade learnings to the team through on‑the‑job training and concrete commercial scenarios.
- Contribute to store objectives by participating in merchandising, in-store promotions and execution of operational standards within the assigned perimeter.
Qualifications
- Hold or be in the process of completing Bac+2 (two years of post-secondary study) and eligible for an alternance (apprenticeship/professionalization) contract.
- Willingness to enroll in the EMA SUP certified Manager training program (Manageur/Animateur Mode & Beauté) as part of the alternance.
- Strong customer orientation with a demonstrable drive for results and collective success.
- Natural leadership potential: ability to motivate a team, give constructive feedback and manage daily priorities in a retail environment.
- Energetic, curious, empathetic and collaborative with a capacity to work under commercial targets.

Entry-level — suitable for candidates with little or no prior management experience. The role targets recent graduates or individuals transitioning into retail management who demonstrate commercial motivation and leadership potential.
Education
Bac+2 (or equivalent two years of tertiary study); candidate must be eligible for an alternance contract and prepared to follow the EMA SUP certified Manager training program.
