Role & Responsibilities
- Co-lead the commercial activity of a department or sales axis (Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Cash, Operations) alongside a store manager.
- Organize and plan daily team operations, schedules and in-store initiatives to execute the commercial and human development plan for the assigned perimeter.
- Propose and implement initiatives to support the department’s commercial project and drive sales growth.
- Coach, motivate and develop sales advisors to achieve shared targets and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Ensure consistent standards of customer service, visual merchandising and operational execution within the assigned area.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+3/BAC+4) completed and candidate enrolled to prepare a Master 1 or Master 2 in commercial management through alternance.
- Strong customer-service orientation with a drive for collective success.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and work collaboratively within a retail team.
- Willingness to take on operational responsibilities and new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Experience
Entry-level. Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not required; the role is designed as an apprenticeship to develop store management skills.
Education
BAC+3/BAC+4 minimum; currently preparing or intending to prepare a Master 1 or Master 2 in commercial/retail management via alternance.
