Sephora Lyon — Sales Manager (Apprenticeship). Join Sephora on an alternating training program to develop retail leadership and manage a store sales team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Co-lead the commercial activity of a defined store area or category (Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Cash, Operations) in partnership with the store manager.
  • Organize and plan daily team activity, schedules and priorities to meet sales and service objectives.
  • Activate growth levers aligned with the commercial and human development plan for the assigned perimeter.
  • Propose and implement local initiatives to support the category commercial plan and improve conversion.
  • Coach, motivate and develop sales advisors through one-to-one feedback, product training and performance follow-up.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience on the floor by driving service standards and merchandising excellence.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and contribute to regular reporting and action plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+3/Bac+4) minimum; enrolled in or planning to begin a Master 1 or Master 2 in commercial management or equivalent.
  • Strong customer-service orientation with a genuine interest in beauty and luxury retail.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and willingness to take responsibility for a team.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience
