Role & Responsibilities
- Co-lead the commercial activity of a defined store area or category (Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Cash, Operations) in partnership with the store manager.
- Organize and plan daily team activity, schedules and priorities to meet sales and service objectives.
- Activate growth levers aligned with the commercial and human development plan for the assigned perimeter.
- Propose and implement local initiatives to support the category commercial plan and improve conversion.
- Coach, motivate and develop sales advisors through one-to-one feedback, product training and performance follow-up.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience on the floor by driving service standards and merchandising excellence.
- Monitor key performance indicators and contribute to regular reporting and action plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3/Bac+4) minimum; enrolled in or planning to begin a Master 1 or Master 2 in commercial management or equivalent.
- Strong customer-service orientation with a genuine interest in beauty and luxury retail.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and willingness to take responsibility for a team.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience
Entry-level — suitable for candidates at the start of their managerial career. Prior customer-facing retail experience is desirable but not required; willingness to learn and assume responsibility in-store is essential.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3/Bac+4) minimum; enrollment in a Master’s program (M1/M2) in commercial management or equivalent (alternance/apprenticeship format).
