Role & Responsibilities
- Act as joint-responsible for the commercial performance of a department/area (Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Cash, Operations) alongside store leadership.
- Organize and plan daily activity of the team, deploying growth levers aligned with the commercial and people development plan for the assigned perimeter.
- Support and drive the departmental commercial project, contributing proposals to improve sales and customer experience.
- Motivate, coach and develop sales advisors to achieve collective targets and deliver exceptional customer moments.
- Ensure operational excellence on the floor, including service standards and execution of merchandising and visual directives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3/Bac+4) completed and eligible to undertake a Master 1 or Master 2 in commercial management via alternance.
- Strong client service orientation with a proven desire to lead and develop teams.
- Capacity to take initiative, embrace new challenges and work collaboratively toward shared objectives.
- Available to work on site in Chalon-sur-Saône and committed to a structured alternance training program.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level: suited to candidates at the beginning of their career. Prior customer-facing or retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3/Bac+4) and enrollment in a Master (M1/M2) programme via alternance.
