Sephora Caen Rives de l'Orne seeks an Apprenticeship Sales Manager — alternance to train as an in-store manager while preparing a Master's in commercial management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Co-lead the commercial activity of a designated department (Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Checkout, Operations) alongside the store manager or supervising leader.
- Organise and plan daily operations and team schedules to deliver on the commercial and human-development objectives of the department.
- Animate and deploy growth levers from the store business plan, proposing initiatives to enhance sales and customer conversion.
- Coach, motivate and develop sales advisors to achieve collective targets and deliver a consistently exceptional client experience.
- Support merchandising, floor operations and service standards to ensure brand consistency and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3/4) completed and candidate preparing or intending to enrol in a Master 1 or Master 2 in Commercial Management (alternance).
- Strong client-service orientation and demonstrable interpersonal skills.
