Role & Responsibilities
- Co-lead a commercial area (Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Cash, Operations) alongside a store manager, assuming responsibility for daily sales activity and results.
- Plan and organise team schedules and in-store activity to execute the commercial and human development plan for the assigned perimeter.
- Animate and deploy growth levers for the department: product presentation, visual merchandising, promotions and conversion initiatives.
- Coach, motivate and develop Sales Advisors through target setting, feedback and on-the-job training to ensure elevated client experiences.
- Contribute to the commercial project of the department by proposing actionable initiatives and supporting their implementation.
- Monitor sales KPIs, stock levels and cash procedures; ensure compliance with store standards and client service protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) completed; candidate must be enrolled to prepare a Master 1 or Master 2 in commercial/retail management via an alternance programme.
- Strong customer-service orientation with demonstrable interest in beauty and retail.
- Aptitude for team leadership and motivation; ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary store team.
- Proactivity, organisational rigour and the capacity to manage competing priorities in a dynamic retail environment.

Experience
Suitable for early-career candidates; prior retail or sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory. The role is designed for a candidate beginning a Master's in commercial management and seeking practical store leadership experience through an alternance contract.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) minimum; enrolled in, or about to begin, a Master 1 or Master 2 programme in commercial/retail management (alternance required).
