Role & Responsibilities
- Co-lead the commercial activity of a department/axis (Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Cash Desk, Operations) alongside the store manager or appointed supervisor.
- Organize and plan daily team activities, deploying growth levers aligned with the commercial and people development plan for the assigned area.
- Drive the department’s commercial project by proposing initiatives to stimulate sales, conversion and basket size.
- Coach, motivate and develop sales advisors to achieve shared objectives and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Ensure merchandising, product presentation and operational standards are maintained to brand expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3/Bac+4) minimum; candidate must be preparing a Master 1 or Master 2 in commercial management or equivalent via alternance.
- Strong customer-service orientation with a demonstrable desire to work in beauty retail.
- Leadership potential and enthusiasm for team animation and collective achievement.
- Capacity to propose commercial initiatives and translate strategy into daily actions.
- Availability to work on site and to cover store hours including weekends and peak trading periods.

Entry-level — suitable for candidates with little professional experience who hold a Bac+3/Bac+4 and wish to pursue a Master’s (M1/M2) in commercial/retail management through an apprenticeship.
