Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and organize a designated category (Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Checkout, or Operations) by planning team activities and implementing growth levers aligned with the store's commercial and human development strategy
- Motivate and manage a team of Sales Advisors toward shared objectives, fostering collective success and customer enthusiasm
- Develop in-depth product and service knowledge and train the team to overcome category-specific challenges and contribute to overall store performance
- Drive sales performance and results through agile, proactive management in a dynamic retail environment
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service orientation and lead by example in creating unique customer experiences
Qualifications
- Proven successful first management experience in a customer service-oriented environment
- Strong commercial orientation with demonstrated results-driven mindset
- Proven team leadership and people management capabilities
- In-depth knowledge of beauty, fragrance, skincare, or makeup categories (preferred)
- Ability to work in on-site retail environment with flexibility
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of management experience in a customer service-oriented retail or commercial environment, with demonstrated success leading sales teams.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional retail management certification or beauty industry training is a plus.

This position is based in Annemasse, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France, within easy reach of Geneva.
