Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and animate a commercial axis team (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Checkout, or Operations), organizing activities around growth levers aligned with business and organizational development plans
- Motivate and manage a team of sales advisors toward collective objectives to satisfy and delight customers
- Develop comprehensive product and service knowledge across the Sephora portfolio and train team members to address commercial challenges within the axis and store
- Drive sales results and ensure team engagement through reactive, solution-oriented leadership
