Sephora in Annecy seeks a Sales Manager (CDI, 35h) to lead a product axis, coach teams and drive sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead a commercial axis (Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Cash, or Operations): plan, organise and prioritise daily activity to deliver the business and people-development objectives for the area.
- Set ambitious sales targets, monitor KPIs and deploy levers of growth aligned with the store’s commercial plan.
- Coach, motivate and develop a team of Sales Advisors through regular feedback, product training and performance reviews to ensure superior client experience.
- Ensure merchandising, visual standards and operational processes are consistently executed to brand specifications.
- Manage workforce planning, rota organisation and day‑to‑day operational issues to guarantee service continuity and compliance with company procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of successful managerial experience in a customer‑facing retail environment.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with a demonstrated track record of hitting commercial targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capacity to inspire, coach and influence across all levels.

Experience

Education
Secondary education completed; post-secondary qualification in business, retail management or cosmetology (BTS, DUT or equivalent) preferred.
