Sephora seeks a Sales Manager in Amiens to lead a retail category team and drive commercial growth.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a category team (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Checkout, or Store Operations) toward sales and service objectives
  • Organize and plan daily team activities aligned with commercial development and human resource strategies
