Sephora seeks a Sales Manager in Ajaccio, France to lead a product category and drive team performance in this full-time CDI role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead a specific product category (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations) by organizing and planning team activities
- Animate growth levers aligned with commercial and human development plans for the assigned category
- Motivate and manage a team of Sales Associates toward shared objectives to satisfy and delight customers
- Develop and transmit product and service knowledge to the team to meet category and store-wide commercial challenges
- Drive sales performance through team leadership and strategic retail management
