Sephora in Uberlândia (Center Shopping) is hiring a full-time Sales Consultant — on-site retail role with product demos and POS duties.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and advise customers on skincare, makeup and fragrance selections tailored to their needs.
  • Recommend products and upsell based on client preferences and product knowledge.
  • Perform product demonstrations and provide makeup application when required.
  • Maintain store presentation and support stock replenishment and inventory tasks.
  • Adhere to brand standards, visual merchandising guidelines and operational procedures.
  • Support sales finalisation and operate the point-of-sale/cash register as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma (completed).
  • Minimum three years of retail or sales experience.
  • Strong verbal communication and customer-service orientation.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous experience with cosmetics or beauty brands is desirable.

Experience
