Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm upon store entry, ensuring friendly and specialized service
- Assess customer needs through consultative dialogue and recommend tailored beauty solutions
- Deliver comprehensive product knowledge and guidance to clients
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and organization according to Sephora brand standards
- Participate actively as a motivated team member, contributing to a collaborative workplace culture
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and cash handling procedures when authorized
- Stock management and quality control participation
- Support store security protocols and loss prevention initiatives

Qualifications
- Secondary education (ensino médio) or equivalent
- Desirable foreign language proficiency
